What services do you offer?

My Story Seller is a personalized writing service. Please visit the Services & Pricing page for additional information on our available services. Don’t see a service listed that you need help with? Reach out to see if I can take on your unique project!

How do I purchase personalized writing or business services?

Personalized writing and business services start at $100/hour. Because I’m not sure how long your project will take, I ask that you please set up a complimentary consultation with me to discuss your project needs. To set up a complimentary 20-minute phone call, please either send me an email or fill out the contact form found here. Once we agree on a set amount of time to dedicate to your project, a contract is signed, and it’s been completed, I will email you an invoice for your services. Invoices are due 10 days from receipt of your ongoing or completed project.

What payment options do you offer?

My Story Seller offers an easy checkout process that utilizes Stripe for online credit card payments. Rest assured that your payment information is secure using our online portal. We also accept ACH bank transfers and payment via check.

When will I receive updates about my completed writing services?

After our initial consultation meeting, I will give you a rough estimate of how much time your project will take to complete. An estimated timeline of completion will also be outlined in your project contract. As I’m working on your project, I will collaborate as frequently or infrequently as you’d prefer. I tend to over-communicate, but this is about you, not me. If you’d prefer a different style or means of communication, just let me know, and I’ll be happy to oblige. If you have any questions while you’re waiting for your finished product, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Scheduling

How do I schedule a consultation with My Story Seller?

Please schedule your complimentary consultation by sending me an email or filling out the contact me form on my website. Initial consultations are done via phone call, but in-person meetings can be arranged. Contact me to learn more.

What is the typical turnaround time for my project?

I will turnaround your project as quickly as possible, but I can give you a good estimate of how long it might take me after your initial consultation. Please note that turnaround times for writing services will vary, depending on the complexity of the project and whatever is on my plate at any given time.

Completed Project Documents

How do I access my completed writing services?

Your completed service documents can be emailed, sent via Google, or printed. If you’d like to receive your completed project in a different format, please just let me know.

Do you offer print services?

Yes! I utilize Canva and FedEx Print for the majority of my printing needs. Estimated turnaround times and costs can be provided during the project consultation.

Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

Can I cancel or get a refund for the purchase of life or content writing services after I’ve paid for it?

Because I offer very personalized services, once a writing service has been purchased, all sales are final. No cancellations or refunds will be provided. However, if you are unhappy with your project, I will do my very best to make it right. I want you to love the work that I do for you!

What should I do if I need to reschedule my consultation call?

How do I know that my personal information is secure?

I take the security and privacy of your information very seriously. Writing for others is a very intimate space that is shared with people’s lives and livelihoods, and I carry a high degree of responsibility with that. I will ensure that your information is kept private to the very best of my ability. Please review our Privacy Policy for additional information.
